Olivia is a Toronto-Based immigration and refugee lawyer dedicated to guiding clients through the often complex Canadian immigration system by making sure that they understand the options available to them, and that they are comfortable discussing their cases with her. She provides a wide range of immigration services with a focus on complex admissibility matters including misrepresentation, serious criminality, and cases requiring ministerial relief. She advocates for clients at all branches of the Immigration and Refugee Board, including the Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division, Refugee Protection Division and Refugee Appeal Division. She has also obtained successful outcomes for clients in judicial reviews and motions for stays of removal before the Federal Court. She obtained her law degree from Western Law and before law school, earned her Bachelor's Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
